class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u4e0e\u8d85\u8fc75000\u5bb6\u4f01\u4e1a\u51b3\u7b56\u8005\u4ea4\u6d41\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u666e\u904d\u7684\u56f0\u5883\uff1a\u8d22\u52a1\u62a5\u8868\u4e0a\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u6570\u5b57\u9010\u5e74\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u4f46\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e3b\u5374\u611f\u89c9\u624b\u5934\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u7d27\u5f20\uff0c\u6269\u5f20\u8ba1\u5212\u56e0\u8d44\u91d1\u4e0d\u8db3\u800c\u4e00\u518d\u6401\u6d45\u3002\u8fd9\u5e76\u975e\u7ecf\u8425\u4e0d\u5584\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8d44\u91d1\u6548\u7387\u51fa\u4e86\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u6709\u6548\u7684 <strong>ERP\u8d44\u91d1\u4f7f\u7528\u6548\u7387\u5206\u6790<\/strong>\uff0c\u5173\u952e\u5e76\u975e\u589e\u52a0\u7e41\u7410\u7684\u65b0\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5524\u9192\u4f01\u4e1a\u65e9\u5df2\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u5b9d\u8d35\u8d44\u4ea7\u2014\u2014\u6c89\u7761\u5728ERP\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u6d77\u91cf\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u5c06\u4e3a\u4f60\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u5957\u6211\u4eec\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7684\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8eERP\u6570\u636e\u7684\u201c\u8bca\u65ad-\u5206\u6790-\u884c\u52a8\u201d\u4e09\u6b65\u6cd5\u6846\u67b6\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4f60\u5c06\u6570\u636e\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E9%A6%96%E5%85%88%EF%BC%8C%E5%AE%9A%E4%BD%8D%E4%B8%89%E5%A4%A7%E8%B5%84%E9%87%91%E5%8D%A0%E7%94%A8%E2%80%9C%E9%BB%91%E6%B4%9E%E2%80%9D\"><\/span>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e09\u5927\u8d44\u91d1\u5360\u7528\u201c\u9ed1\u6d1e\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8d26\u9762\u5229\u6da6\u65e0\u6cd5\u76f4\u63a5\u7b49\u540c\u4e8e\u53e3\u888b\u91cc\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\uff1f\u6839\u6e90\u5728\u4e8e\u8425\u8fd0\u8d44\u91d1\u88ab\u65e0\u6548\u5360\u7528\u4e86\u3002\u5728\u4f01\u4e1a\u65e5\u5e38\u7ecf\u8425\u4e2d\uff0c\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u6d41\u8f6c\u6548\u7387\u76f4\u63a5\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u88ab\u5360\u7528\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u4f1a\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u4e09\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3a\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u201c\u9ed1\u6d1e\u201d\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5e94\u6536\u8d26\u6b3e<\/strong>\uff1a\u8d27\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d1\u7ed9\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u4f46\u9500\u552e\u6b3e\u9879\u8fdf\u8fdf\u6ca1\u6709\u6536\u56de\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5e93\u5b58<\/strong>\uff1a\u4e3a\u4e86\u6ee1\u8db3\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u9500\u552e\u800c\u91c7\u8d2d\u7684\u539f\u6750\u6599\u3001\u534a\u6210\u54c1\u548c\u6210\u54c1\uff0c\u6b63\u9759\u9759\u5730\u8eba\u5728\u4ed3\u5e93\u91cc\uff0c\u5360\u538b\u7740\u5927\u91cf\u8d44\u91d1\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5e94\u4ed8\u8d26\u6b3e<\/strong>\uff1a\u91c7\u8d2d\u4e86\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u8d27\u7269\u6216\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5b89\u6392\u4ed8\u6b3e\u8282\u594f\uff0c\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u591a\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5229\u7528\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u7684\u4fe1\u7528\u671f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u8fd9\u4e09\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\u6784\u6210\u4e86\u4f01\u4e1a\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u5faa\u73af\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\u7684\u963b\u585e\uff0c\u90fd\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u5bfc\u81f4\u6574\u4f53\u8d44\u91d1\u5468\u8f6c\u901f\u5ea6\u53d8\u6162\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"%E5%85%B6%E6%AC%A1%EF%BC%8C%E7%94%A8ERP%E5%81%9A%E2%80%9CX%E5%85%89%E6%9C%BA%E2%80%9D%EF%BC%8C%E9%80%8F%E8%A7%86%E8%B5%84%E9%87%91%E5%8D%A0%E7%94%A8%E7%97%87%E7%BB%93\"><\/span>\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u7528ERP\u505a\u201cX\u5149\u673a\u201d\uff0c\u900f\u89c6\u8d44\u91d1\u5360\u7528\u75c7\u7ed3<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>ERP\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u4e00\u53f0\u80fd\u591f\u900f\u89c6\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ecf\u8425\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u201cX\u5149\u673a\u201d\u3002\u4e0b\u9762\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u9010\u4e00\u62c6\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u5229\u7528ERP\u7684\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u8bca\u65ad\u5e76\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e09\u5927\u201c\u9ed1\u6d1e\u201d\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"%E7%97%87%E7%BB%93%E4%B8%80%EF%BC%9A%E5%BA%94%E6%94%B6%E8%B4%A6%E6%AC%BE%E2%80%94%E2%80%94%E5%A6%82%E4%BD%95%E5%8A%A0%E9%80%9F%E9%94%80%E5%94%AE%E5%9B%9E%E6%AC%BE%EF%BC%9F\"><\/span>\u75c7\u7ed3\u4e00\uff1a\u5e94\u6536\u8d26\u6b3e\u2014\u2014\u5982\u4f55\u52a0\u901f\u9500\u552e\u56de\u6b3e\uff1f<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u5356\u51fa\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ea\u662f\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u4e00\u534a\uff0c\u5c06\u9500\u552e\u989d\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u5b9e\u5b9e\u5728\u5728\u7684\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u5165\uff0c\u624d\u662f\u7ec8\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5229\u7528ERP\u9500\u552e\u4e0e\u8d22\u52a1\u6a21\u5757\uff0c\u8bca\u65ad\u56de\u6b3e\u6548\u7387<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u6838\u5fc3\u6307\u68071\uff1a\u5e94\u6536\u8d26\u6b3e\u5468\u8f6c\u5929\u6570\uff08DSO\uff09<\/strong>DSO\u662f\u8861\u91cf\u4f01\u4e1a\u6536\u56de\u5e94\u6536\u8d26\u6b3e\u5e73\u5747\u9700\u8981\u5929\u6570\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\u3002\u5728ERP\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u6613\u8c03\u53d6\u6307\u5b9a\u5468\u671f\u5185\u7684\u201c\u9500\u552e\u6536\u5165\u201d\u548c\u201c\u5e73\u5747\u5e94\u6536\u8d26\u6b3e\u201d\u6570\u636e\u6765\u8ba1\u7b97\u5b83\u3002\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5c06\u8ba1\u7b97\u51fa\u7684DSO\u4e0e\u4f01\u4e1a\u5386\u53f2\u6570\u636e\u6216\u884c\u4e1a\u57fa\u51c6\u8fdb\u884c\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002\u4e00\u4e2a\u6301\u7eed\u5347\u9ad8\u7684DSO\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u73b0\u91d1\u6d41\u5373\u5c06\u4eae\u8d77\u7684\u7ea2\u706f\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>\u6838\u5fc3\u6307\u68072\uff1a\u8d26\u9f84\u5206\u6790<\/strong>\u51e0\u4e4e\u6240\u6709ERP\u90fd\u5185\u7f6e\u4e86\u8d26\u9f84\u5206\u6790\u62a5\u544a\uff08Aging
